The intelligent construction and management of large complex bridge project is crucial to the realization of the goal of the bridge construction.In this thesis,With the background of longest prestressed concrete short tower cable-stayed bridge in China ——the short tower cable-stayed bridge of the general trunk channel of the south-to-North Water Diversion Project of the Shang Deng Highway,the intelligent construction and management technology of large complex bridge project are researched systematically.The main research results are as follows:(1)The target evaluation index system of bridge construction was established.The goal of bridge construction mainly includes five parts: quality target,schedule target,cost target,safety goal and environmental goal,and the influencing factors of the five targets were analyzed in detail and systematically,so as to ensure the scientificity and effectiveness of the evaluation index system.(2)Because each element in the evaluation index system of the bridge construction target is not independent but interdependent and interrelated,so ANP is used to analyze index weight quantitatively,meanwhile Super Decision(SD)software-typical ANP software is used to calculate the weight of each index of the bridge construction target,which makes the evaluation result more reasonable and reliable,and provides the basis for the formulation of the construction scheme and the improvement of the construction technology.(3)The construction points and construction methods of cast-in-place pile foundation,pier and hanging basket cantilever casting box girder of bridge structure are briefly introduced.In the course of construction,construction is carried out in strict accordance with the standard requirements and operation procedures,and advanced and intelligent construction technology is introduced to ensure the quality of the whole structure of the bridge.(4)In view of the main influencing factors and construction points in the construction process of large complex bridges,the advanced intelligent technology is used in the construction to ensure the realization of the construction target.The GPS technology is adopted to carry out the preliminary construction measurement.Through the comparison and analysis of the GPS data and the original data,finding that the difference between them is quite small,which ensures the scientificity and accuracy of the measured data,providing accurate data for the later construction work;the intelligent tension grouting technology is adopted to control the whole process of the tension grouting construction by computer,which can not only saves manpower and material resources,but also improves construction efficiency and construction quality;Revit modeling software is used to establish the core model and each sub model,and a series of applications of BIM technology in bridge construction are analyzed,including collision inspection,design optimization,site simulation,engineering quantity calculation and so on.Quality improvement,progress accelerated,cost saving and green construction are realized.The feasibility and efficiency of the application of BIM technology in the bridge construction stage are verified.
