Research And Design Practice Of Design Requirement Index System Based On Three-level Theory Of Emotional Design

Product requirements and experience are subjective concepts that are difficult to code and measure.How to build a comprehensive and objective requirement indicator system and objectively guide the design according to the requirement indicator system is the key to make the product meet the user's expectations.As the basis of product design,the requirement index system plans the whole life cycle of the product.In order to ensure the comprehensiveness and objectivity of the requirement index system,the traditional construction method takes the market research as the index dimension and obtains the temporary construction index of user requirement through interviews and questionnaires,rather than starting from the mature logic or theory,which is highly subjective.With the popularity of the idea of "user-centered",in order to realize the high availability of products and enable users to obtain good visual and operational experience,the user's own experience has become a new dimension of the index system construction.As mathematical modeling and other methods are increasingly used to solve the objectivity problem,the requirements index system is also applied to the design evaluation field.Since entering the Intelligence times,the high availability of products has become the norm.A large number of homogeneous products make users eager for good emotional experience.Emotional factors have become an important element in the construction of requirement indicator system.With the promotion of Norman's emotional design theory,a large number of design practices have proved the great potential of emotional design.However,due to its lack of specific design methodology,it is unable to guide the design in detail,leading to some drawbacks and deficiencies in the application process of emotional design.Therefore,this paper mainly studies how to reasonably use the theory of emotional design to construct the requirement indicator system and guide the design,so as to realize the emotional design of the product and make the product meet the user's expectations.In order to solve the emotional and subjective problem of requirement indicators,this paper studied the three-level of emotional design theory and design evaluation system,under the framework of cognitive psychology proposed expanding three-level theory of emotional design,expand the connotation and denotation of three-level theory of emotional design,and to build the index system of emotional design requirements,through the investigation and research to design smart children bed,based on the index system of complete index system of the emotional design of smart children bed needs;Then,in order to further quantify the constructed requirement indicators,factor analysis and fuzzy hierarchical analysis methods are proposed to accurately calculate the weight and evaluation value of each requirement,realize the quantification and evaluation of requirement,and guide the product design according to the quantification results.Finally,eye movement tracking experiment was carried out on the users,to verified the requirement index system based on expanding three-level theory of emotional design and the requirement quantification method based on the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analyzes the subjects of mydriasis data,users pay attention to the time,pay attention to the distribution of data,compared the attention distribution between the product pictures designed based on the emotional design index system in this paper and the pictures of popular competing products with corresponding functions.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper has higher practicability and higher significance of interaction design guidance.Therefore,the requirement index system proposed in this paper has good effect and good design guidance significance.The method used in this paper can also be applied to product evaluation and decision problems.Theory,practice and experiment prove that the requirement index system based on emotional design and the requirement evaluation method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process can quickly and effectively evaluate the product requirement,let the design meet the user's emotional needs,it has the high superiority in the interaction design instruction significance and the objective quantification and so on.
