With the acceleration of modernization and urbanization,China has entered a new era of building industrialization,and assembly building has become an inevitable product of building industrialization.The related industries of prefabricated components,which are the main components of assembly building,have developed rapidly.Component market has shown an explosive growth trend.Component manufacturing enterprises have sprung up like mushrooms after a spring rain.Many problems can not be ignored,such as the frequent safety and quality problems of prefabricated components,the inadequate quality control of components by component manufacturers,and the general lack of quality control technology and standards in enterprises.Therefore,in order to ensure the quality of prefabricated components,it is necessary to evaluate and study the quality control level of manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of component manufacturing enterprises,and put forward suggestions for improvement.In this paper,the quality control evaluation system of M enterprise is constructed to provide a scientific basis for the quality control of the enterprise.On the basis of the index system,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the quality control level of M enterprise,find out the shortcomings,and put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement.By means of literature search,realistic data analysis and expert interviews,the factors affecting the quality control level of M enterprises are collected comprehensively by means of Pareto cumulative chart and fishbone chart.Questionnaires are sent to experts to screen and finally determine 22 evaluation indicators.The expert group used the existing literature for reference and used affinity graph method to cluster the evaluation indicators to determine the subordinate relationship between the indicators.The method of combining subjective and objective weighting with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method is adopted to empower the indicators and establish an evaluation system.Finally,according to the ranking of weights,the main factors affecting the quality control level of M enterprises are obtained.After obtaining the fuzzy evaluation matrix of each index by expert scoring method,the M enterprise is synthesized with the corresponding weight vector,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established.Through the comprehensive evaluation of the quality control level of M enterprise,the evaluation results are consistent with the facts,which proves that the evaluation results have good credibility,and verifies the applicability of the evaluation model.Combining with the evaluation results,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for M enterprise to improve the quality control level of components.The research result of this paper is to establish a set of quality control evaluation methods for M enterprises,including quality control evaluation system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.This paper can provide a comprehensive,scientific and valuable evaluation method for the quality control of M enterprise,and provide theoretical support for its better quality management.At the same time,it evaluates the quality control level of M enterprise,helps the enterprise to find shortcomings,and puts forward suggestions for improvement,so as to improve its quality control level.
