With the continuous development of China's infrastructure construction,the development and application of tailings pond has become more extensive,but in contrast to the frequent occurrence of tailings reservoir safety accidents,in order to minimize the tailings reservoir safety accidents The on-line monitoring system of tailing pond plays an important role in the operation of tailing pond.In this paper,the Zhangmugou tailings reservoir as an example of the on-site monitoring and investigation,in this context,the main research content includes the following sections:(1)According to the actual situation of Zhangmugou tailings pond,the on-line monitoring system of Zhangmugou tailings pond is established.The on-line monitoring system mainly includes four modules:system management,real-time monitoring,data analysis and safety evaluation,in which the main module and the sub-module are closely integrated to create the actual monitoring situation.(2)According to the actual conditions of the site,the arrangement of monitoring points and the selection of equipment are carried out.The main monitoring contents include dam surface displacement monitoring,monitoring of the infiltration line,reservoir water level monitoring and rainfall monitoring.The datas of artificial monitoring are compared with those of on-line monitoring systems.(3)The seepage model of Zhangmugou tailings reservoir was established by Seep/W in Geo-Slope software.The influence of tailing reservoir permeability,length,upstream bank slope and initial permeability of the dam.(4)By using FLAC3D software,the models of tailings dam and auxiliary dam are established,and the stability and safety of tailing pond are analyzed on the basis of model.In order to improve the stability of the tailings pond,the measures and suggestions to maintain the stability of the dam are put forward.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the on-line monitoring and the actual monitoring data of Zhangmugou tailings dam's infiltration line,reservoir water level,dry beach and dam displacement,it can be concluded that the monitoring value of on-line monitoring system of tailing reservoir is very close to the artificial monitoring value,So it can be judged that the on-line monitoring system of tailing pond has high accuracy.(2)While keeping the stratification constant,the longer the dry beach,the more obvious the effect of the tailings dampening line in the upstream,but the effect is not obvious in the downstream and the change of the height of the oozing point is not obvious.(3)In the case of keeping the dry beach length unchanged,the water level of the tailings dam decreases with the increase of the bank gradient,so the infiltration line decreases,but it can be seen that in the tailing dam height And after stratification,if the same length of dry beach is maintained,the gradient of dry beach has little influence on the infiltration line.(4)Through the monitoring data,the stability of the tailings dam under different infiltrationline height is analyzed.The results show that the infiltration line has obvious influence on the stability,and the safety coefficient is about 6.10%for every lm lower of the infiltration line,finding the wetting line Highly monitored to prevent accidents.The results of this paper hope to provide theoretical reference for the optimization of on-line monitoring system of tailings.
