The Cost Of Quality Management System Research Of Construction Enterprises

Currently,the construction industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy.With the domestic market and foreign market integration,the increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry Construction companies in the construction industry as an important member,in order to get a good considerable economic benefits in the business,we must strengthen the quality cost management.How to achieve quality assurance at the lowest cost while all the modern enterprise management focus,according to some construction companies particularity of their products,so the quality of construction enterprises cost management is an effective means of seeking economic efficiency of enterprises.Currently,that construction enterprises neglect the management and control of quality cost in our country,and the relation of the project quality and cost can not be treated properly.However,members in construction industry have little cognizance of quality economy.So many problems as inadequacies of the existing system,management level is not high in quality cost management,what make lots of costs and bad economic benefits.This thesis stressly introduced three parts of the quality management system by analyzing the special characteristic of construction enterprise.How to establish accounting system of quality cost,how to establish analyzing system of quality cost and how to establish controlling system of quality cost.The quality of the engineering is linked to the people’s living closely,so to guarantee and increase the project quality is very important.To every project,under the premise to guarantee the quality target that the contract requirement,how to cut down the project cost has actually meaning very much.At the same time,establishing the controlling and the analyzing of quality cost is the essential conditions of the accounting of quality cost.There are seven parts in this thesis,the first part is intruduction.The second part introduced the basic struction of quality cost management system,and discussed the problems of quality cost management,and studed the contents of quality cost management particularly.The third part studed the accounting system of quality costs.The forth part studed the analyzing system of quality costs.The fifth part studed the controling system of quality costs.And the sixth part is the empirical study,taking Liaoning urban construction of the new campus of Career Technical College teaching building project as an example,to study the quality cost management system of construction enterprises And the seven part is concluding remark,summarized the full thesis.
