As a symbol of the soft power of the national culture,the museum has an important social significance.It is also the most important part of the museum construction to provide a safe and reasonable exhibition environment for the exhibits.In recent years,the industry is committed to the intelligent solution of the museum lighting system,hoping to achieve the purpose of protecting exhibits,displaying the effect and saving energy.Based on the DALI protocol,we build a new lighting control technology platform,which is intelligent control + lighting + cultural relics protection.The purpose of this platform is to intelligently control the lighting in the museum space to meet the requirements of the exhibits,it is convenient for managers to control the lighting.,which provides new ideas and methods for lighting control in the field of museums.This paper first analyzes the current status of light pollution products exhibits,through the illumination of different types of exhibits impact on the mechanistic analysis,we can conclude the type of light that the exhibits need;Then this article describes several lighting control networks which are widely used,and focuses on the contents of the DALI protocol selected in this paper,the instruction coding and so on.And then build a showcase lighting control system of the overall program.Select ST company’s STM32F103ZET6 DALI chip as the DALI main controller for DALI interface circuit design,illumination and UV sensor conditioning circuit design.In order to maintain the consistency of the system,the slave controller selects the ST entry-level chip STM32F030F4P6 as the main core.and establish the relationship between the number of PWM-voltage-brightness,through the communication with the flat panel dimming App of the Android system,the dimming function in the scheme is realized.Finally,the simulation lighting system of the control system designed by this paper is simulated by DIALux software.The results show that the parameters are in a reasonable range.In addition,according to the national standard GB / T23863,this paper optimizes the layout of the lamps in the showcase.At the same time,the lighting control effect is preset.Finally,the application effect of the system is tested,and the efficiency of energy saving is up to 28.6%-43.8%.
