Study On Management And Control Methods Of Self-built Housing In New Rural Planning And Construction

The large scale of rural residential construction in China is not only involve d in the vital interests of the farmers,but also involved in many aspects of the future sustainable development of the rural areas in China.Self-built house is the most basic model of rural residential construction.It has strong subjectivity and randomness,which makes the rank order of villages difficult to be unified.The control standards and methods of self-built house construction activities are still in the early stage of exploration,so it is very necessary and urgent to carry out the research in this field,and it also has strong realistic pertinence.Through the analysis,comparison and summary of the research status of the new rural construction in China at present and the management and control methods of self-built residential buildings in various parts of China,the control strategy and the construction experience of Zhejiang rural area have been obtained.Using the research methods of literature reading,comparison and induction,field investigation and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the planning management and control measures for the construction of rural self-built houses,and explains the management and control regulations on the standardized and reasonable rural self-built residential design guidance model,and also proposes to explore the system of rural self-control: the decentralization of the compilation right can not only maximize the realization of public participation,but also reduce the pressure of the government planning department;give the legal effect of the villa ge rules and regulations,and transform this consensus into legal or rules.Not only bases on the theoretical research,but also makes an example of the formwork of management and control methods.This study hopes to make up for some vacancies in the resea rch of village and town planning and control,to improve the examination and approval process for the construction of self-built houses in rural areas,to explore a scientific and reasonable management and control method,and to establish a simple and unde rstandable guide model for residential design,and to help the villagers understand better through the form of graphic and text.The writer hopes to provide some ideas for the study of self-built houses planning and control in the new rural construction.
