The Study On Types And Characteristics Of Self-built Housing In Urban And Rural Of Liu Yang From 1979 To 2013

Residential self-building is one of the basic method of our residents to solve the living problem,is an important part of the urban and rural construction.There is a lot of self-building Residential in china and it is showing a rich look,but the research picture is fuzzy from lack of type segmentation.Based on the China’s two element system in urban and rural,classified the residential,but do not involve illegally built and renovate and the construction of village inside city,within the scope permitted the law system of our country on the development of the residential self study,to understanding and make correct knowledge of the construction mode of spontaneous building residential,is an urgent problem.The construction is in the background of new-type urbanization,starting from the building of the land policy in Hunan,on the foundation of the research which on the self-built housing in Changsha since the reform and opening up,The construction pay attention to the management of the self-building,the formation and evolution,including approval,financing site selection,layout and construction;and it is try to discuss the land,policy,economy,materials,culture,energy,society and other factors that influence the residents of the residential building;what’s more the management mechanism and the status and problems of urban and rural residential self-building is all so to be analysis.What’s more based on the comparison with the characteristics of urban and rural residential self-building,the article pointed out that the development of the two difference and the problems of current residential self-building.
