Highway engineering construction is a systematic project,in addition to the requirements of construction and operation rules,influence on the roads surrounding the social economic development and the natural environment is large,plays a vital role in the regional economic construction.The western mountainous area with complex terrain,geology,hydrology and fragile ecosystems,and higher requirements for highway route plane and profile,which also makes research on the rationality of line layout,has become an important part of highway construction and objective demand.In the western ecological fragile mountain areas,the choice of highway route layout is reasonable,not only affected the project investment,transport efficiency and project quality,but also directly related to the project area function positioning,recycling efficiency,transport efficiency and other expected effects play.This has also played an important role in meeting the needs of the country's political,economic construction and environmental protection.In the process of evaluation and optimization of the highway route planning in the western ecological fragile mountainous area,it is very important to involve many factors such as economy,society and environment,and the situation is more complicated.A suitable evaluation index and decision evaluation method are very important.Therefore,it is of great significance to select the reasonable evaluation index and the comprehensive comparison method for the western ecological fragile mountainous area,and to select the optimal and feasible route layout scheme in the early stage of highway construction.The Qinghai Zhanian road is located in the beishan national forest park of Huzhu which is located at the junction of Qinghai province and Gansu Province,the Projects through the region to the mountains,hills based,The highest elevation is 3540 meters,the maximum height is 1411 meters,K10+700~K17+605.577 Dabanshan mt.section belongs to the alpine region,the valley is deep and steep with complicated topography.The line passes through the region ecology frail,the climate is complex,cold and hypoxia,ecological fragility,the protection of the vegetation and the environmental protection request is extremely high,In the scenic area is prohibited to take away the soil.In this paper,the highway route scheme is studied as the research object,the control factors,principles,the choice of route scheme and the attention problems of the road line selection are analyzed.According to the principle of the evaluation index system and the actual situation of the western ecological fragile mountain area,the individual evaluation index system is put forward,and the index system is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed,so as to obtain a hierarchical evaluation index system.Based on the comprehensive and systematic analysis of the impact of highway route layout,a multi-factor and multi-level evaluation model is constructed in terms of comprehensive technology,economy and environment.According to the comprehensive comparison and empirical analysis of different route layout,it is shown that the evaluation model is feasible and has a certain reference value for the evaluation and optimization of the highway route layout in the western ecological fragile mountain area.
