Research On Urban Planning And Design Of The Underground Space In High-Speed Rail Area

With China’s economic development entering the new normal,urban construction has entered an important stage of upgrading quality.As an important part of the city’s three-dimensional space,underground space is becoming more and more important in remolding the spatial pattern,utilizing the resources and optimizing the ground ecology.The orderly planning of underground space is conducive to enhancing regional vitality and guiding the balanced and stable development of cities.As one of the key areas of urban development,the high-speed rail hub and its surrounding areas distribute a lot of people and freight flows,which has great potential for development and space value.However,since the new high speed rail hub is usually located in the periphery of the suburb,the restrictive factors are less,which leads to the low efficiency of the land and the lack of far-looking construction.This paper aims to form a set of planning and design method system to guide the compact development of the high speed rail hub and provide a foundation for the long term orderly construction.The specific research of this paper includes the following contents:First,the paper summarized the research direction and development trend of underground space and high-speed rail hub,and put forward research methods and basic ideas.Through theoretical analysis and practical case summarization,the theoretical support and practical basis of this thesis have been formed.Secondly,the paper determined the foundation of underground space planning and design for high-speed rail hub and its surrounding area.From planning and design elements,spatial three-dimensional layout,special planning integration,implementation and guidance measures,four aspects of planning and design method system have been constructed.Finally,the practical cases of underground space planning and design in Hohhot high speed rail hub area have been analyzed to demonstrate the applicability and operability of the method system.On the basis of the experience of other types of transportation hub development and construction,the underground space planning and design of the high speed rail hub and its surrounding areas pay attention to the coordination of the relations between facilities,various special plans and functional organizations,and form a multi-functional and integrated space dominated by traffic.The purpose of this paper is to form the design and control system of the underground space in the high speed rail hub.From the two aspects of space and function,the synchronization of time and the coordination of space are considered,and the content of the integrated construction of ground and underground space is deepened.From the perspective of the utilization of urban space resources and the control guidance of the control detailed planning,the research content of this paper has the inevitability of the existence and the long-term significance of the reality.
