The new area planning of high-speed rail station is of great significance to the development of the city.Most of the new area planning of high-speed rail stations in China continue to use the traditional “car-based” low-density,wide-horse road and street-level planning modes,which are gradually emerging in the rapid construction and development of the new area planning of high-speed rail station.The 2016 "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning and Construction" pointed out that the planning and construction of open urban blocks is the optimal solution for most cities to solve urban traffic problems,and is necessary for the humanization and sustainable development of blocks.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the research basis of the full text,and establishes the research topics.Based on the current development opportunities of domestic high-speed rail new areas,the existing shortcomings of the high-speed rail new area model,and the guidance and support of national policies,the research purpose and significance of the paper are guided.,In-depth understanding of the concept of open blocks,analysis of the advantages of open block models,and the applicability of open blocks to high-speed rail new areas,clarifying the inevitable trend that open blocks will be used in high-speed rail new areas.The basic research framework is put forward to lay the research foundation for the following.The second chapter is about the space composition and space form of the high-speed rail new district.From the perspective of people’s perception of the space shape of the block when they are active in the high-speed rail new district,the elements of the current street form of the high-speed rail new district are classified into station squares.There are three levels of structure: the spatial form of connection with the block,the spatial form of the adjacent block,and the spatial form of the block unit.Chapters three,four,and five use field surveys and analysis of high-speed rail new districts,comparison of spatial patterns of domestic and foreign blocks,human senses of spatial scales,and questionnaires.The three-level structure of the form and the spatial form of the block unit proposes a block shape design strategy for the high-speed rail new district.Finally,the full text is summarized,and the shortcomings and prospects are put forward.This article analyzes and studies the current block space form and planning characteristics of the high-speed rail new district from the level of block space.Combining the concept of open blocks,this paper proposes a design strategy suitable for the block space form of the high-speed rail new district from the perspective of open blocks.The construction of a new high-speed rail zone can help.
