Qing Dao Underground Space Layout Planning Study Of Public Service

The research and utilization of city underground space resources,expand the city development space to the underground city,improve operation efficiency,maintaining the city ecological environment,is an important measure to solve the supply of city land resources,traffic pressure and the deteriorating ecological environment,cultural context and the problems such as the recession,is one of the important ways to realize the sustainable development of the city.After entering twenty-first Century,China sustained and stable growth of economy,city level gradually improve,China city entered a period of rapid development,in order to expand the living space in the city of limited land resources,increase the capacity of the city,three-dimensional development of the city has become the inevitable trend of city development in the new century.Qingdao city is an important central city in the east of China.It plays an important role in the national economic spatial distribution system.With the rapid development of the city of Qingdao City,all kinds of problems accordingly,city land resources,land prices,real estate prices soaring,the commercial center of serious traffic congestion,city management is extensive,causing the city space after the rapid development,enhance the function of increasing the difficulty of transformation.In this situation,the development and utilization of urban underground space has become one of the important ways to solve the urban problems,but also the only way to achieve sustainable development of the city.In this study,the planning of underground space system in underground space system is studied to explore a suitable way for the development of underground space in Qingdao city.This study refers to the underground space of public service "mainly refers to the underground public space system and the activities of the people most closely,the most common underground commercial facilities(including underground shopping malls,commercial street,underground complex,etc.)for other types of underground space underground(public service culture and entertainment space,underground business space study guide etc.).This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the research,the main research scope and object,research methods and research routes;the second chapter analyzes the general situation of domestic and foreign advanced city underground space development and utilization of public service and the experience of the development and utilization of underground space in the city at home and abroad;the third chapter mainly introduces the general situation of the underground public service facilities construction in Qingdao city the fourth chapter;"Qingdao city master plan(2011-2020)","Qingdao city commercial network planning(2008-2020)","Qingdao city rail transit network planning",will serve as a reference in this paper;the fifth chapter the fifth chapter of the macro Qingdao underground space of public services,local development strategies and development objectives;the sixth chapter using subregional,spatial distribution pattern classification method based research space underground public services,and proposed layout idea Qingdao Fen area of public services underground space;the seventh chapter summarizes the full text of the main achievements,and the development of underground space in Qingdao Put forward the suggestion of development and the implementation of the guarantee.
