| With the progress of society and the improvement of people’s living standards,the construction of outdoor public leisure facilities in the community is no longer a courtyard decoration,but is a basic service facility that has practical value for people’s physical and mental health.The construction of facilities is no longer an independent monolithic design,but a multi-dimensional construction of "people-facilities-environment".As a microcosm of social life,community life also reflects the contradiction between people’s need for a better life and unbalanced insufficient development in some aspects.How to resolve this contradiction,how to satisfy the residents’ material and spiritual cultural needs,and how to further create a comfortable living environment have become an important question that needs community builders’ consideration.This paper is based on the research of the outdoor public leisure facilities construction in the communities of Beijing,and clarifies the classification and setting range of outdoor public leisure facilities.This paper mainly uses research methods such as literature research,field research,cross-discipline comparison,and practice inspection.Through research and analysis of the current domestic and international construction status,summarize the advantages of facility construction,and the breakthrough the limitation that most builders used to focus on the design of monolithic.Based on this,from the aspects of human settlement science,leisure psychology,ergonomics,and aesthetics to conduct a comprehensive exploration of community outdoor public leisure facilities.According to a large number of research in Beijing and some domestic cities,the author respectively collate and summarize the construction status of the community outdoor public leisure facilities from three aspects-streets,residential areas,community parks.From the survey,we learn that,at present,facilities construction is at an attempting stage that meet people’s aesthetic needs.Although it gets certain achievements,a series of problems have also emerged,such as the overly deliberate design,too excessive pursuit of novelty to ignore the use value of facilities.This paper is inspired by Mr.Wuchengzhao’s symbiosis space and environmental interest center in Rest planning theory.While clarifying the age and habits of people who use the facilities,grasps the characteristics of the people as a whole and puts forward some principles of facilities’ safety,durability and design integration.The principles of overall ensure the aesthetics of the facility design and the safety of the users,and reduce the maintenance costs in the future.In addition,this paper constructively puts forward related suggestions for the construction of the participation mechanism of the facilities: through government-policy’s guidance and public participation,implementing an all-dimensional,three-dimensional management system.At the end of the paper,taking Beijing Jinyuchi Middle District as an example,combined with the construction principles summarized in the previous article,put forward a corresponding adjustment plan,and use vivid pictures to show the effect and location of the transformation.According to the transformation proposals,aims to solve the existing problems in the community and provide some practical advice to the construction of Beijing’s community outdoor public leisure facilities. |
