Highway engineering has been committed to solving cracks and other asphalt pavement common diseases.Based on the research results of the authors,this paper,based on the research work of the author's unit and the domestic colleges and universities using anchor steel wire anti-asphalt pavement transverse cracks,combined with basalt fiber elastic modulus,high strength,corrosion resistance,pollution and other excellent technical performance,based on basalt fiber reinforced Study on Anti-lateral Cracks in Pavement.Firstly,the simplified model is used to analyze the structural layer of the reinforced asphalt pavement with anchored basalt fiber sand,and the optimal layout is obtained.The mechanical properties of the anchored basalt fiber are calculated by the required physical and mechanical parameters And the material parameters of the anchored basalt fiber sand material,which meet the required mechanical properties,are obtained to solve the design problem of material parameters such as steel wire,anchor head and its spacing in the anchored basalt fiber sand,and the material for indoor test and mechanical simulation Parameter value.In addition,the four important parameters of the anchored basalt fiber sand material are determined by the preliminary reinforcement principle: the cross section size of the anchor head,the cross section of the wire,the transverse spacing between the wires and the anchor distance between the adjacent two anchor heads The The experimental results were as follows: tensile test,anti-bending test and fatigue test.The experimental study was conducted through the study of the mechanical properties of the asphalt mixture.The anchored basalt fiber abrasive cloth in the form of different anchor head is set up in the asphalt concrete trabeculae specimen.The comparison of the anchorage basalt fiber sand reinforced asphalt concrete improves the mechanical performance and selects the best form of anchor head.Finally,the relevant results in the Lianhuo high-speed Luoyang to Sanmenxia to Lingbao section of the expansion project,and the experimental section of the track monitoring data show that anchoring basalt fiber sand reinforcement technology is a new way to reduce the lateral cracks in the road,Which has certain theoretical and practical significance for the study of transverse fracture treatment of pavement structure in China.
