With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the municipal solid waste is increasing constantly,which has caused a series of harm to the ecological environment and human health.In many conventional garbage disposal,With the significant advantages of reduction,harmless,resource,incineration method is widely used in China.But the heavy metal pollutants in the waste,which can be concentrated and transferred to the final product-incineration fly ash in the high temperature incineration process,is easy to form secondary pollution.Moreover,fly ash contains a large amount of water soluble salt,if not disposed properly,it could be a serious threat to the surrounding natural environment.At present,about the disposal of fly ash for incineration,the most commonly way is the use of cement solidification,and then landfill in accordance with the national standards for hazardous waste.As a result,it is bound to bring expensive treatment costs,and also huge risks to the ecological and human health.Therefore,it is very realistic and Socially effective to explore a suitable method of incineration fly ash disposal.Combined with great characteristics of the adhesion,waterproofness,chemical stability and encapsulation of asphalt,this paper intends to apply the incineration fly ash after different preprocessing mode to the asphalt mixture,which both completes the solidification of the heavy metals in ash and fullfills the resource reuse of fly ash.This paper studies on the ash samples which is from the Garbage Disposal Incinerator in Chongqing City,mainly includes the following aspects:First of all,learning the basic characteristics of incineration fly ash on the basis of domestic and foreign related information,this paper discusses the its chemical composition by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy experiments.The results showed that the samples except heavy metal elements,it also contains a large number of chlorine,active metal oxides,this combination can be easily formed water soluble salt under the condition of water.based on the analysis of physical and chemical properties in fly ash,and aimed at heavy metal and water soluble salt in fly ash,five pretreatments are proposed in this paper,such as the hydrolysis,washing,cement solidification,cement and chemical mixture treatment and fly ash-cement granulation.And then doing research on pavement performance of the five corresponding road asphalt mixture secondly,mix proportion design of asphalt mixture.In this paper,the design is divided into two parts:AC-20C fiber modified asphalt mixture and AC-20C type ordinary asphalt mixture,the former mainly for the first four fly ash pretreatment methods,the latter is aimed at fly ash-cement granulation method.To explore the high and low temperature performance of different fly ash proportion in asphalt mortar through DSR&BBR test.Test results show that,within the scope of a certain proportion of fly ash,the relative proportion has a significant impact on high and low temperature performance of asphalt mortar.In order to improve the stability of water,this part adapts the fly ash-cement granulation method and a combination of polyester fiber +SBS modified asphalt,the results show that the water stability is fine to a certain extent,and the maximum content of fly ash has been improved.Furthermore,to explore a variety of different pretreatment processes corresponding asphalt mixture road performance.The results show that,regardless of which type of asphalt mixture,once fly ash incorporated,the high temperature stability and water stability performance can meet the requirements of the specification,but low-temperature anti cracking performance is not quite ideal.Among them,fly ash:cement=1:1 shows the best comprehensive effect in the fly ash-cement granulation method.Based on the Analysis of the failure mechanism of asphalt mixture,a lot of test datas show that inorganic chloride in fly ash has a great influence on the stability of asphalt mixture.Finally,the analysis of economic and social benefits.the results show that these five methods have significant economic and social benefits.The early monitoring results show us good effect in Environmental assessment,but because of a long period of late tracking monitoring,this paper has not made an in-depth discussion.
