The suspen-dome is a composite space structure composed of the upper reticulated shell structure and the lower cable bracing system.It is widely used in large span public buildings,such as large gymnasiums,airport terminal and Exhibition Center,because of its reasonable force and graceful form.The upper single-layer reticulated shell in the construction and installation of the chord dome is very sensitive to the defects,and the lower cable bracing system needs to apply the reasonable prestress to play the structural advantage.Therefore,the initial defects of lattice shells and the prestress deviations of cable braces will inevitably affect the structure.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing various construction errors in the suspen-dome structure,this paper studies the possible defects in the construction of the suspen-dome.Based on the probability and statistics theory,the sensitivity analysis of the structural performance of the suspen-dome to the defects in the construction is carried out,and the suggestions for the installation of the superstructure and the prestressed tensioning scheme of the substructure are put forward.The work and main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Firstly,the paper expounds the related problems of the structural stability analysis of the suspen-dome,and points out that the analysis of the structural prestress is necessary before the analysis of the structural force performance,and the stability analysis of the suspen-dome is analyzed with linear buckling analysis and nonlinear analysis.2.In view of the possible initial defects in the construction of the upper suspen-dome in the construction,it is pointed out that these errors will affect the performance of the upper reticulated shell structure,and then influence the overall structure performance of the suspen-dome.Based on the related theory of sensitivity analysis,the Monte Carlo method is used to analyze the sensitivity of the structure performance of the suspen-dome to the initial defects of the superstructure(the location deviation of the nodes,the initial bending of the members,the initial eccentricity of the members),and the analysis of the influence of the cross section size error on the structural performance of the suspen-dome by the uniform defect mode method.Analysis.The influence degree of the initial superstructure defects on the ultimate bearing capacity of the stringed dome structure is clarified,and some suggestions aremade for the installation of the upper reticulated shell in the construction of the related sensitive trend diagram.3.Aiming at the problem of prestressed loss of ring cable in construction.The high performance of the suspen-dome lies in the prestressing force of the lower cable bracing system.However,there is an inevitable error between the internal force of the cable and the design value in the construction,and the loss of the prestress of the lower cable bracing system will inevitably affect the structural performance.Based on the Monte Carlo method and the principle of stability and tension compensation,the influence of the prestress deviation in the lower cable bracing system on the structural performance of the chord dome within the range of 5%,10% and 15% is analyzed.The influence of the prestress loss on the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure of the suspen-dome is clarified,and the suggestion that the internal force of the outer ring should be strictly controlled should be strictly controlled in the prestressed construction of the suspen-dome.At the end of the paper,the research work is summarized,and the problems to be solved in further research are put forward.
