Because of the construction project and the social public interest,there is a close relationship between public security and public security,more and more attention by citizens,enterprises and even the society as a whole.Under the meet the requirements of quality and time limit for a project,the greatest cost savings is the construction market is facing challenges,construction companies need to take reasonable cost control measures to control costs within the scope of the plan,rather than cut corners and other illegal activities to reduce costs.With the gradual standardization of the construction market,the construction project management has been paid more and more attention.The cost management is closely related to the market competitiveness of the enterprise,and plays an important role in the project management.In the past for a long period of time,people only stay in determining the engineering project cost target and static control.With the advancement of science and technology and the renewal of the concept,the traditional cost management method is not comprehensive,systematic and effective,and puts forward the whole process of project cost management.Construction cost control is an important link in the comprehensive cost management of enterprises.Based on the cost forecast and cost planning,the construction cost management will be strengthened and the effective measures will be taken.The human resources,material resources and expenses incurred during the construction Expenditure guidance,supervision,inspection and adjustment,to correct the deviation will occur and has occurred,the cost control in the scope of the cost of the plan to ensure the achievement of cost objectives.In this paper,the status quo of cost control of engineering projects at home and abroad is studied,and the following aspects are analyzed: quality control,Method model,project cost control system design and so on.Secondly,on the basis of fully researching the present situation at home and abroad,taking into account the meaning,composition and classification of the project cost,influencing factors,meaning,basis,content and process of the project cost control.On the basis of cost analysis and forecast,taking quality,cost,progress,cost coordination control theory research of engineering project cost control.In this paper,the cost of cross-river bridge is studied.Bridge across the river is located within the two fracture zones and engineering geological conditions are complex.It often encountered cave and collapse hole accidents in the construction.The main bridge of the Xi Jiang Bridge is a one-time pouring basket,which has the characteristics of difficult construction,high technical requirements and high quality requirements.Land acquisition and demolition progress is slow,leading to the extension of construction period and this series of problems have led to the project construction costs.In the construction process,it is necessary for the project manager to take effective measures to reduce the project cost under the requirements of ensuring the quality and meeting the construction period.In this paper,the permutation map method is selected to control the quality and cost,and the main parts that affect the quality and cost are found out,and the management is strengthened during the construction process.The win-value method is selected for the coordination control of schedule-cost,and the progress of the process and the execution of the cost are calculated,and the process of overrun and schedule delay is strengthened.It is necessary to take effective measures to control the project,to control the management behavior and the index.At the same time,the deviation of the project cost should be corrected in a reasonable and effective way,so as to control the cost within the scope of the plan.
