The comprehensive strength of the country with the steady development of our social economy and growing,countries are being more and more attention to science education level,especially the craftsman type talent cultivation under the new situation of vocational education is gradually attention,present the rise in investment in the field of teaching,including the construction project investment in higher vocational colleges have rising trend,such projects will directly affect the stability of the society as a whole,therefore began to widespread attention from all walks of life in higher vocational colleges of engineering projects.Infrastructure construction of vocational colleges if left hole,can lead to not measured how terrible consequences,because all the buildings in colleges and universities is for the mass public infrastructure construction,in which all students and teachers to study and life activities,such as population density is high,if there is a building of uncontrollable accident,will inevitably lead to serious consequences,is directly related to the student and teacher's life and property safety.In recent years,the quality of construction projects in higher vocational colleges has frequently occurred,and the quality of construction projects in higher vocational colleges has aroused wide concem.Therefore,the engineering project of higher vocational colleges as the object of this paper is to study its engineering management and provide some theoretical support for the construction of high quality vocational colleges.The background and purpose of this paper firstly carried out the inquiry and the importance of existence,and then expounds the content of the construction project management in our country,the present situation and the development trend,including the content of the management of the project owner and the status quo and existing problems of analysis.This paper briefly introduces the general situation and characteristics of the library project of Fujian Forestry Vocational Technical College.The feasibility study and the project stage of the library engineering project of Fujian Forestry Vocational Technical College respectively;Project design stage;Project budget and tender stage;Analysis and summary of owners'management during project construction stage.Focus from contract management,quality management,schedule management,cost management,and other aspects analysis found problems in the practice,including how to determine the project scale,investment estimation,architectural features,etc.,and is responsible for the relevant units of the contract management is discussed,and the feasibility and how to ensure the accuracy of the report.How to ensure the design quality,how to control the cost,how to handle the visa procedures,how to deal with the actual problems such as claims,and put forward the solution in one by one.Then,the feasibility of the proposed solution is demonstrated through the combination of theory and empirical research.Finally,this paper summarizes some conclusions about the management of project construction in higher vocational colleges,and briefly plans the direction of construction management in higher vocational colleges in the future.
