All along,the construction industry is the largest product industry,but also the largest amount of data industry,a large number of engineering data is difficult to deal with,the construction industry is also very serious waste,productivity growth is slow.The quality of products is mixed.In the advocacy of sustainable development today.The transformation of construction industry from extensive management mode to fine management has become a demand of the times.Building Information Modeling.As a new concept of engineering management,the great thing of BIM is that it provides the data bearing platform of the whole life cycle of construction industry,realizes the data sharing and the cooperation of personnel.In management and construction,the productivity of the construction industry can be significantly improved,and the level of fine management can be improved.BIM technology is an important means to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.It is also a green construction technology,which can reduce the waste of resources.However,due to many factors.BIM is still in its infancy in our country and has not been popularized.This paper studies the influencing factors of the application and popularization of BIM in engineering management,finds out the main influencing factors,puts forward corresponding suggestions,and accelerates the development of BIM technology in China.To promote the construction of information construction.By referring to domestic and foreign research on the factors affecting the application and promotion of BIM excellent literature,find out 31 factors,these factors are classified and abandoned,and finally divided into the technical category.Apply environmental,organizational,cognitive,economic five categories of 17 factors.Then according to these 17 factors to make a questionnaire,survey.According to the survey data.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to analyze the weight of each factor,find out the main influencing factors,and put forward the solution.Finally,through the analysis of the successful application of BIM technology engineering cases.It is proved that all kinds of influencing factors play an important role in the successful application of practical engineering BIM technology.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide guidance for the application of BIM in Chinese construction enterprises and promote the development of BIM technology in China.
