With the rapid development of China's economy,rural infrastructure construction in Dongying City has been greatly promoted.Especially in recent years,the state attaches great importance to the construction of villages and towns,which makes the rural development in this area rapid.Accompanied by this,the demand of rural farmers' houses in construction standards,forms and technologies is constantly rising.Although the state has issued policies to guide the development and construction of green rural houses,at present Dongying District There are still many problems in rural housing.While rural appearance is getting neater and neater,the current situation of low efficiency and high energy consumption of housing has not changed.Under the background of new urbanization,this paper investigates and analyzes the renovation of existing rural residential buildings in Dongying City,and puts forward corresponding optimization design strategies.The purpose is to repair and renovate the existing rural residential on the basis of the original,help to reduce the use of energy consumption of rural residential,but also other areas of rural residential reconstruction and construction to provide a certain reference.There are seven chapters in the whole paper.The first chapter describes the background of the topic,which mainly includes the current situation of energy consumption of rural residential buildings in China and rural residential buildings in Dongying City,then determines the research object and research methods,and finally clarifies the framework of the paper.The second chapter carries on the environment analysis to Dongying City,carries on the investigation to some villages' existing rural residential,understands and summarizes the basic situation of the existing rural residents,and emphatically carries on the construction analysis to a farming house under construction,elaborates the local rural residential basic construction situation.The third chapter expounds the present situation of the orientation and layout of rural residential in Dongying City,and puts forward some suggestions for optimization.The fourth,fifth and sixth chapters elaborate and analyze the current situation of the wall,roof,floor,doors and windows of the existing rural residential buildings in Dongying City,and make specific introduction and coefficient analysis of the relevant energy-saving materials,in order to achieve high cost-effective energy-saving measures.Chapter 7 analyzes the cost performance of various energy-saving materials,and compares the energy consumption of the farmhouse under construction and the farmhouse after renovation.Through the optimization simulation and analysis of the transformation,this paper discusses the efficiency and economy of the rural residential energy-saving optimization,and summarizes and prospects the rural residential energy-saving optimization.
