At present,there is relatively little research on thermal comfort of natural ventilation residential buildings in rural areas of Hubei Province.Most rural residential building construction has no basis to follow,and there is no definite standard for the evaluation of indoor thermal environment.This paper was based on the field investigation of thermal comfort in rural residential buildings of Hubei Province.Through the statistical analysis of measured data,the present situation of the indoor thermal environment of rural residential buildings under natural ventilation condition was objectively demonstrated.Combined with the residents' thermal comfort voting,the accuracy of the PMV model to predict residents' thermal sensation under natural ventilation condition was tested.Standards of thermal comfort under conditions of natural ventilation in rural areas of Hubei Province were established,including thermal neutral temperature,acceptable temperature,and comfortable wind speed range.Stepwise regression was used to obtain the influence of summer and winter parameters on the PMV value.Multivariate linear regression models for summer and winter of thermal comfort research in Hubei rural areas were established.When the basic parameters of PMV calculation are measured,the PMV values can be quickly calculated.Then the PMV values corrected by the PMV linear correction model can be used to predict the residents' thermal sensation.The accuracy of the PMVe model and aPMV model to predict residents' thermal sensation under natural ventilation condition has been tested seasonally by the survey data.And the PMV linear models suitable for the research on thermal comfort of residential buildings in rural areas of Hubei Province have been re-established.Considering the current situation of indoor thermal environment and construction in rural areas of Hubei Province,the thermal comfort improvement measures were proposed from the aspects of human adaptability behavior and building design.The effectiveness of the reform strategies were verified by the CFD numerical simulation.In summer,the effects of opening windows in the attic,adjusting the opening angle of the outer windows and the residents' different window opening behaviors on the indoor thermal environment to improve natural ventilation were analyzed.In winter,changes in the indoor thermal environment before and after insulation were also analyzed.
