Study On The IBS Projects Quality Influencing Factors And Collaborative Management Mechanism In China

At present,the traditional construction methods commonly exist high resources,energy consumption,low resource utilization,low production efficiency and high labor costs,serious pollution and other issues in China.IBS can effectively overcome the shortcomings and is the inevitable trend of the China's construction industry development.Due to IBS is still at the initial stage in China,the quality of IBS projects is directly related to IBS whether can realize the scale development in our country.Therefore this paper focuses on the key factors influencing quality of China's IBS projects and collaborative quality management mechanism.Firstly,the connotation and characteristics of IBS were studied.The results show that IBS can be regarded as the derivative of traditional construction mode.This paper drawing some mature quality management theory,construct project factors theory influencing the quality of IBS projects.This paper sorts out 53 factors influencing the quality of IBS projects and construct questionnaires through research of large number of domestic and foreign related literature.The relevant government departments and enterprise of IBS were surveyed in China.After collecting the questionnaires,background data and questionnaire data were analized to ensure the effectiveness of the questionnaires.Paper identified the key influencing factors of the quality of China's IBS projects through mathematical statistical methods,and classified them according to the first quality dimension “quality formation stage”.By establishing the interpretation structure of ISM model,and according to the second dimension “the internal and external influencing factors of quality” and the third dimension “quality responsibility” to identify these key factors.Fine analysis lays the foundation for establishing cooperative quality management mechanism.In order to overcome the key factors,the paper constructs the collaborative quality management system,including the construction of IBS policy and management system,the construction of collaborative personnel training mechanism,the construction of collaborative smart construction mechanism and the construction of collaborative quality traceability mechanism,establishing a collaborative quality management model,improving the collaborative quality management system and the key technology.Quality management model is a key content in the collaborative quality management mechanism.It is the concrete method and way of IBS projects implementation.Finally,through the questionnaire survey opinion analysis,the paper verify the effectiveness of collaborative quality management mechanism.At the same time through three typical case analysis,the paper verify the effectiveness of collaborative quality management model in the IBS projects construction.The conclusion part mainly expounds the research results,the research achievements and the future research directions.
