Influencing Factors And Control Measures Of Prefabricated Concrete Housing Quality

With the continuous expansion of Chinese construction real estate market,prefabricated housing has gradually entered people’s vision,and has been rapid development under the support of national policies.However,due to various factors,the development of prefabricated housing still faces some challenges.This paper mainly studies the quality control of prefabricated concrete housing.First of all,by analyzing the current situation of quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings at home and abroad and the domestic quality control measures,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of quality management of prefabricated concrete housing in China,and puts forward the excellent measures that can be used for reference in foreign quality control,so as to improve the quality of prefabricated projects in China.Secondly,using the expert interview method,collect and sort out the quality influencing factors of prefabricated concrete housing in China,then carry out questionnaire survey,use the principal component analysis method to verify the quality influencing factors,get the final influencing factors list of prefabricated concrete housing quality,and then explore the quality control mode of prefabricated buildings.Thirdly,from the perspective of management,it puts forward the symmetry and specific implementation measures to improve the quality management mode and enhance the quality supervision ability.The strategies to improve the quality management mode are:the cultivation of technical management personnel,the improvement of quality management system and the improvement of project management mode;the strategies to improve the quality supervision ability are to improve the level of standardized design,do a good job in the management of materials,prefabricated parts processing,transportation and stacking,and improve the construction management of hoisting construction and key nodes.Finally,through the corresponding cases,further verify the effective implementation of quality management of prefabricated housing.
