Research On The Design Of High Grade Compound City Pension Apartment Under The Mode Of Medical Care And Health Care

In China,with the aging trend of the population and the increasing number of elderly people,traditional family pension model has been unable to meet the needs of elderly people’s housing and services.However,the current land shortage in the central area of the city and the low level of institutional pension lead to a disconnect between supply and demand.Therefore,how to provide medical,commercial and public transport facilities corresponding to the aging residential areas near the center of the city,and how to construct a medical-nursing combined mode that meets the needs of different age groups to solve the problems,such as old-age housing and medical needs,these has become a direct challenge to solve the problem of population aging in China.The areas near the center of the city has convenient transportation and complete facilities,so it is easy to contact with the outside and suitable for the elderly.Therefore,medical-nursing combined mode is introduced into high-rise compound apartment for the aged,they can complement each other’s advantages and share resources in distribution,which provides a new idea for design pension buildings.This paper focuses on the design of high-rise compound apartment for the aged,through the related theories including domestic and foreign,in addition to the research on analysis of cases for the aged apartment.Combining the theories of a large number of high-rise apartments and pension buildings,to sum up the method of function layout and streamline design for high-rise compound pension apartment.At the same time,based on the research methods,including data analysis,field investigation,interdiscipline subjects,inductive analysis,to obtain the theoretical basis for design.The author tries to open up more application space for medical-nursing combined mode by analyzing all kinds of pension cases,and explore its new applicability in the urban environment of China through expand its extension.In the context of urban land tension and demand for the aged,it provides a feasible design operation strategy for the high-rise compound.Based on above,this paper is divided into four parts,including five chapters.Part Ⅰ includes the first chapter and the second chapter,mainly expounds the background of topic selection,research objects and scope,domestic and foreign theories,case studies,the research methods and structure,the practical influence and promotion value.Part Ⅱis the third chapter,combined with a variety of data,including studies of the overall layout,functional configuration,space and detail design of the medical and nursing combined care facilities at home and abroad,the author provides theoretical support for the practice of the actual project.Part Ⅲ is the fourth chapter,Based on the above theory and design method,this part put forward the concept of the medical-nursing combined mode for the elderly,concludes the characteristics and design methods of the high-rise apartments in this mode,so it can be applied to actual projects.Based on the analysis of the surrounding environment near Jianda,the overall layout of the base was determined,the area of the project was calculated,consequently,carry out the design of functional distribution,streamline organization,suitable aging and disaster prevention.The forth part is the fifth chapter,as the conclusion,it summarizes the deficiencies in the research and design.Besides,summarizes the design method of high-rise compound pension apartment.
