In the past two decades,the architectural scale and existing building area in China have been rising,and the total amount of building energy consumed has also increased significantly.Today,only 4 percent of the 43 billion existing buildings in China have taken measures to improve energy efficiency.It can be seen that the energy conservation reform of existing buildings is the key to improve the energy utilization of buildings.This topic is mainly to find an effective approach to diagnose both the hotel building total energy consumption and air conditioning system energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter area.Based on the analysis of energy consumption,building energy consumption analysis and energy consumption level evaluation,the energy consumption diagnosis method of existing hotel buildings was studied.Firstly,the characteristics of existing hotel building energy consumption has obtained after investigating the energy consumption of an existing hotel building in changsha city,hunan province and analyzing its energy items and energy bills.A simplified model of the hotel was built using the energy consumption simulation software eQUEST to simulate the energy consumption of the building.Compared with the actual data and simulation data,the energy consumption error is within 10%.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation and charact eristics of energy use of existing hotel buildings in hot summer and cold winter area,collects the energy use data,finds out the related items of energy consumption.Based on orthogonal experiments,the significant factors of hotel building energy consump tion are obtained,and the significant ranking is carried out.Finally,the correlation analysis and regression analysis of the simulation data of building total energy consumption and air conditioning energy consumption are carried out by using multiple linear regression method.Through the establishment of the mathematical models of building total energy consumption and air conditioning energy consumption,the method of judging the energy efficiency level is obtained.Based on the energy consumption simulation of 64 samples of existing hotel buildings and the field test of one existing building,this paper finds out the main factors that affect the energy consumption of this type of building,and puts forward a preliminary diagnostic method of energy consumption.It provides the order for the diagnosis process of energy consumption and provides the basis and reference for energy saving reconstruction.
