Energy is indispensable to maintain a stable development of the material information,economic operation,social infrastructure and people's living needs are inseparable from the efficient supply of energy.But the improper use of energy,inefficient led to a large number of energy consumption,which resulted in waste of resources,on the other hand,also damage the natural environment,bringing irreversible consequences.Especially for us as a developing population,the extensive pattern of industrial growth has already appeared the problem of resource and environment,which restricts the sustainable development of economy and society.Therefore,we must pay attention to the efficiency of the use of energy in the process,try to exchange the smallest input for the greatest value.For our country,to improve energy efficiency can not be accomplished overnight,we must first understand energy efficiency,macro-grasp the overall efficiency level,micro-differentiated efficiency differences,and then from the micro to reduce regional energy efficiency differences,and thus promote China's energy efficiency overall promotion.This paper starts with energy efficiency,this paper introduces the measure method of energy efficiency,selects input and output data,calculates energy efficiency value from 2002 to 2016 in 30 provinces and cities(excluding Tibet),and results show that the energy efficiency of our country is improved to some extent in more than 10 years,but the regional difference is obvious,Very poor,so the analysis should be differentiated.Using the calculated energy efficiency value as the threshold variable and selecting the three-Factor Cobb-Douglas production function for the threshold panel regression,the results show that there are three notable threshold values of 0.565,0.6665 and 0.8274 respectively,according to the threshold value and the energy efficiency mean of each province,our country is divided into four categories,and the higher energy efficiency of the class,the higher the output elasticity of energy.Finally,based on the classification of the selected market,the three indexes of urbanization and industrial structure as the influence factors of energy efficiency,the generalized least squares regression(GLS)is carried out on four kinds of regions,and the conclusion is drawn that: Marketization has the most obvious influence on energy efficiency in the first category,and the industrial structure has more influence on the second and third types of regions.Urbanization is moreemphasis on the fourth type of region,the performance of urbanization can be a positive boost energy efficiency.So in order to improve our energy efficiency,this article gives the following suggestions: According to the main factors affecting energy efficiency,the right remedy,for the first category should reduce government intervention,pay attention to the role of the market,the second and third types of areas to achieve industrial structure upgrading,the fourth category should attract larger scale,optimize the urban system.At the same time,the country should exert its power from the whole,pay attention to the innovation of technology and policy,establish demonstration zone,and realize high quality energy development and utilization.
