Logistics plays a vital basic and supporting role in the promotion and construction of "the Belt and Road" initiative,and in the fields of logistics,business flow,gold flow and cultural exchange,CRexpress bears increasingly important historical missions and responsibilities in the process of connecting China with the countries along the "Belt and Road" route.However,due to the poor connection,the current operation of CRexpress led to poor continuity and fragmentation of the overall transportation process,and in the multimodal transport system,uneven resource allocation,poor selection of transshipment nodes,poor connection of process links,and poor transport planning,leading to long transportation time and high transportation costs.High and difficult to meet customer needs and other issues are still prominent.Based on this,the research of CRexpress multimodal transport program is necessary and urgent.This paper first introduced the current status of CRexpress,analyzed the existing pain points and causes,and during the process of exploring the influencing factors of the CRexpress multimodal transport program,it focused on analyzing the shipper's demand preference for the transportation price and shipping time limit.Secondly,it introduced in detail the process,operating time,and cost components of the different transshipment sites and the three mainstream CRexpress multimodal transport modes,in order to grasp the multimodal transportation from "point" to "line",from "station" to "route" and from "transit" to "transportation",from the view of the development of transportation plans.Then,combined with the actual transportation situation,the method of calculating the time cost and cost of the entire process of CRexpress multimodal transport program is presented.And then,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the shipper's demand,the shipper's demand is subdivided into four types of typical requirements:the least transportation costs,the shortest delivery time,the shortest delivery time within a given price range,and the minimum transportation costs within the delivery time limit.By constructing the multimodal transport service network,the time cost and cost of the entire process flow from "point" to "line",from "station" to "route" and from "transit"to "transportation" are described.Then,based on this,established a multi-modal optimization model for CRexpress multimodal transport for different demand classification and solved them with CPLEX.Finally,based on the current sources of pain in CRexpress,the necessity and urgency of studying the CRexpress multimodal transport program for potential suppliers from Shanghai to the European terminal hub of Hamburg are presented.Combining the current status of CRexpress,the "Shanghai-Hamburg" Sino-European CRexpress multimodal transport service network was constructed.Under the correction of actual consultation data,the cost and time of each line and each station were calculated using the method proposed in this paper.Carry out a solution to the optimization model of the CRexpress multimodal transport under the four typical requirements of the shipper,and analyzed of the results of the solution from the following five aspects:transportation cost,transport time limit,time window and cost window,preferential subsidies,and proposal for formulating the plan.
