With the continuous change of the market environment,the requirements for various enterprises are becoming higher and higher,and more enterprises realize that only the mutual coordination between multiple organizations can meet the increasing needs of customers.In the logistics industry,it is an inevitable trend for railway container transport to participate in multimodal transport.That is to say,multi-party collaboration is essential.If railway container transport companies want to improve their competitiveness in the transport industry,they should pay attention to their container multimodal transport.Interoperability issues.This paper takes railway container transport companies as the research object,and studies the cooperative mechanism and evaluation model of railway container multimodal transport.By introducing the idea of synergy into the railway container multimodal transport,from the perspective of standards,the factors affecting the railway container multimodal transport that affect the synergy are analyzed.Based on this,the degree of cooperation among railway container transport companies participating in the multimodal transport is evaluated.Synergy promotion strategy.The main research is as follows:The cooperative mechanism of railway container multimodal transport is analyzed.First summarize the relevant standards that affect the coordination of railway container multimodal transport,and then analyze the system coordination mechanism based on the standards.With reference to the scholar Park Hye-suk’s viewpoint on the integration of enterprise logistics systems,the three-level indicators of the evaluation index system are derived under the standards Various factors.Finally,the analyzed indicators are summarized into five parts: information collaboration,transportation collaboration,operation collaboration,organization collaboration,and management collaboration.The above research and analysis provide the basis for the establishment of the following railway container multimodal transport synergy evaluation model.An evaluation index system and a model for the coordination degree of the railway container transport enterprises participating in the multimodal transport cooperation are constructed.A five-level index,12 second-level index layers,and 29 third-level indexes were constructed to evaluate the synergy degree index system,and the weights of each index were determined by comprehensive AHP method and entropy method.On this basis,the membership degree function was determined,the system collaboration degree was calculated,and a collaboration model for railway container transport companies participating in multimodal transport was constructed as the basis for evaluating the railway container multimodal transport collaboration.Take a container shipping group as an example to conduct a case study.Relevant data on enterprise collaboration was obtained through a questionnaire,and the system collaboration was evaluated according to the constructed collaboration evaluation index system and collaboration model to obtain the collaboration value,determine its level,and propose corresponding countermeasures.
