With the development of rotating machine,the balance accuracy of balancing machine is getting higher and higher.Reducing the error has become the development trend of dynamic balancing machine in the future.For rotating machinery,vibration must be accompanied by system vibration.Mass unbalance is the root cause of system vibration.Vibration in the process of rotating machinery may cause damage to equipment,reduce operation efficiency,or even more serious accident.For the unbalanced rotor,it needs to be balanced.At present,the main methods to reduce the unbalanced vibration of the rotor is to increase or remove the weight to offset the centrifugal force caused by the unbalance of the rotor.At present,there are still some problems in the dynamic balancing of rotors with aspect ratio less than 1 / 5 such as gears and automobile flywheels.When the standard rotors with dynamic balancing treatment are installed on the balance spindle system for testing,there will be an additional unbalance with the same size and phase.The causes are explored.When the single side vertical dynamic balancing machine is used to measure the dynamic balance of workpieces with different sizes and masses,it will find that there is an additional unbalance which does not match the theoretical value.It is difficult to give a reasonable explanation by traditional methods.The analysis shows that it ignores the change of the swing frame system and the composite center of mass of the rotor,that is,the unbalance superposition effect will affect the accuracy of measurement.In this paper,the finite element modal analysis and stiffness analysis of the vibration swing frame of single plane vertical balancing machine are carried out.The motion equation of the mass center caused by the mass eccentricity of the rotor and swing frame system is studied,and the vibration center position is obtained by the mass center position.The concept of unbalance superposition effect and additional unbalance is put forward.The influence of unbalance superposition effect on torsional stiffness of vibrating spring plate is analyzed.The superposition unbalance formula of composite system is derived.The influence of rotor mass and rotor mounting height on the additional unbalance is analyzed.The error comparison analysis is carried out according to the experimental data.The relationship between the additional unbalance and rotor mass and rotor mounting height is verified,and the additional unbalance is clarified Sources of measurement.
