With the increase in the number of EMUs and operating mileage in China,the workload of vehicle inspection and factory commissioning is also increasing.Traditional inspection and debugging methods have problems such as low information level,long continuous period,low reliability of manual operation,and low reusability of historical data sharing.In order to solve the above problems,this article has carried out the research work of EMU digital on-line inspection and debugging system.The real-time data of the train running status was collected by the vehicle data acquisition and forwarding device.Using 4G network technology,multi-thread communication technology and database technology,the vehicle-to-ground data transmission was realized,and functions such as data storage,analysis and display were realized.The main research contents and achievements of this article are as follows:(1)Based on the actual needs of the site,the digital online maintenance and commissioning system for EMUs with C/S architecture was studied and designed from the aspects of system function modules,overall architecture,work flow,and communication methods in the Windows environment.(2)According to the commissioning site and the status quo,the system communication mode is designed,and the use of 4G network for vehicle ground communication is proposed.Two solutions are proposed for the vehicle data acquisition and forwarding device and the ground monitoring terminal cannot fix the public IP address:The server forwards and uses P2P communication technology.(3)Developed a vehicle data acquisition device to collect and forward real-time data of train operation status and commissioning result data,and provide WiFi environment for the system's handheld operation terminal.The system communication message structure is designed to facilitate the analysis of various types of data.(4)Develop hand-held debugging terminal software to automatically and manually complete the debugging results,and report the results of the debugging tasks to the vehicle-mounted data acquisition device.(5)Logical design and physical design of the system database,development of the host computer system,receiving and displaying real-time data of train operation,debugging results,and failure data.
