With the development of computer technology and CAD technology,the standardization of aviation product research and development is increasing,and product design often needs to work according to larges number of standards.Thus,it is of vital importance to how to implement standardization efficiently.For the standardized parts management,there are two modes of B/S and C/S which have been developed at present,but most of the systems only check the size and graphic information of the parts,and people cannot further understand the technical features of the parts.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop a system that can achieve synchronized management of technical standard data and application knowledge for aerospace technology standards.Aiming at the lack of management of standard parts currently developed,we use the technical standards of aviation riveting pin as the object,and under the concept of carrying out technical standards management for the full life cycle,we have studied the method of synchronize management of three modules: technical standard data,applied knowledge and document,in order to ensure that the technical standards and the data can be timely and accurately researched.Taking this as the goal,the contents and methods of life cycle management of aviation rivet pin are studied from the theoretical level in this paper,and analyzing the function and architecture of the full life cycle management system of aviation rivet pin technical standards.For aviation rivet pin technology standard from release,implementation,update to the life cycle of the whole process,the functions of the data module,the application knowledge module and the document module to realize the synchronization management.In this way,users or designers can query the resources of the rivet pin parts or rivet pin technical specifications through the Internet at any place to share the resources of the technical standards synchronously.The system uses B/S mode,which is built in Windows7.0 environment.Using Visual Studio 2010 as a development tool,C# as a programming language,Access as a back-end database,ASP.NET and other advanced network technologies,the system front-end interface and back-end database are developed,users can achieve aviation rivet pin connectors and rivet pin technical specifications of the visit,browse and download functions in the Web mode.
