After the human society entered the 21 st century,the era of knowledge economy based on knowledge resources has quietly arrived,and global enterprise management has ushered in the knowledge management revolution.With the rapid development of science and technology,the changing market environment,and the increasing demand for products,effective product development processes have become an urgent need for aviation standard parts companies.Hammer and Champy proposed that the original work flow should be transformed in the new enterprise operating environment,so that the enterprise can adapt to the future survival and development space,form and maintain competitive advantage through thorough and environmentally-adapted process transformation.As a key link in the knowledge management process,knowledge transfer cannot promote the research and development performance.Therefore,this paper optimizes the research and development process of aviation standard parts enterprises from the perspective of knowledge transfer to improve the R&D innovation of domestic aviation standard parts enterprises.The ability to work and the efficiency of the R&D process,this paper mainly did the following work:Firstly,it summarizes the enterprise profile of the domestic aviation standard parts industry,introduces the research and development process of domestic aviation standard parts and the status quo of knowledge transfer,and analyzes the existing problems of the aviation standard parts enterprise R&D process from the perspective of knowledge transfer.Secondly,it explores the influencing factors of knowledge transfer of aviation standard parts enterprise R&D team and conducts empirical analysis.Through the methods of literature analysis,field interviews,expert consultation and questionnaire survey,the design of the questionnaire was finally completed,and the questionnaire was distributed and data collection was carried out.The reliability and validity were verified through SPSS24.0 software.In addition,the relationship between Knowledge Transfer Performance and its influencing factors was analyzed by multiple regression analysis.Eventually,some hypotheses were verified and conclusions were drawn: Knowledge Transfer Willingness and Trust Relationship,Knowledge Transfer Ability and Knowledge Absorption Ability have a positive impact on Knowledge Transfer Performance;the Tacit Degree of Knowledge has a negative impact on Knowledge Transfer Performance;the more appropriate Knowledge Distance,the better the Knowledge Transfer Performance.Then,based on the empirical analysis of the factors affecting Knowledge Transfer Performance of the R&D team in aviation standard parts enterprise,the R&D process optimization model from the perspective of knowledge transfer was proposed,and the method framework of R&D process optimization from the perspective of knowledge transfer was expounded.Then it introduces the principles of R&D process optimization from the perspective of knowledge transfer and the optimization strategy based on the empirical analysis of the factors affecting Knowledge Transfer Performance,and gives the implementation strategies and steps for the implementation of R&D process optimization for aviation standard parts enterprises.Finally,the research results of this paper are applied to a well-known domestic aviation standard parts enterprise,which proves the validity and applicability of the R&D process optimization model from the perspective of knowledge transfer.
