Since the 13th Five-Year Plan was put forward in China,local governments have paid more and more attention to the construction of urban infrastructure.Among them,the laying of underground pipelines such as natural gas,power supply,communication,water supply,and rain and sewage are called lifeline projects for urban construction[1].The underground integrated pipe corridor refers to the construction of a tunnel space underground in the city to place power,communications,water supply and other municipal public pipelines within it in accordance with the requirements of the plan,and implement unified planning,design,construction and management[2].With the large-scale advancemeut of urbanization,since 2015,a large number of urban integrated management corridors have been built in Xincheng New District in various parts of China.Utility tunnel are mostly constructed in the bustling areas of the city,similar to residential areas,and the surrounding environment is complex.Utility tunnel construction has a variety of pipeline facilities,and the system is complex and has potential security risks.Utility tunnel construction has a variety of pipeline facilities,and the system is complex and has potential security risks.With its small underground construction space,narrow structure,wide coverage,deep location,difficult to escape and rescue,and strong concealment,and the lack of relevant norms and laws and regulations,a safety accident in the construction process is likely to cause secondary disasters.The accident not only has a negative impact on the development of enterprises,but also has caused people's personal safety and accidental losses of state property.The social and economic impacts are enormous,and even have a certain negative impact on the development of the entire industry.It poses a certain threat to the stability of society and the development of the national economy.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the research on the safety management of the underground construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery.Based on the relevant theories of safety management,combining the characteristics of integrated pipe gallery and some existing characteristics in the process of construction of pipe gallery,this paper mainly explores and studies the safety management of the construction process of integrated pipe gallery from the following aspects:(1)The relevant theories of safety management are elaborated in detail,that is,the theory of hazard source identification and the theory of accident cause,and the relationship between risk source theory,accident cause theory and safety accident is summarized[3];(2)Identification of hazardous sources for the construction of utility tunnel;(3)This paper uses AHP to analyze the impact of human,physical,environmental,management and technical factors on safety management,establish a judgment Matrix,and calculate the weight of various factors on the safety management of pipeline construction.To determine the main factors affecting the safety of integrated pipe corridor construction;(4)Using PDCA cycle theory,a security management model was established and summarized from five aspects:people,things,environment,management and technology.(5)To formulate relevant measures and suggestions for the five elements of safety management,put forward corresponding mechanisms to establish a safety management system for the construction phase of integrated management corridors,and highlight the effectiveness of modern methods such as smart management corridors construction,engineering informatization for the safe production management of integrated management corridors.This paper explores and studies how to effectively control and reduce the occurrence of construction safety accidents and ensure the realization of safety production goals.Security management with forward-looking,procedural and strategic thinking,establish a comprehensive,systematic and strict all-directional risk response control system with three measures in advance,during and after the event.Use of modern and information-based management means,the application of cloud platform collaborative processes,BIM technology,and the Internet of Things is conducive to improving management's control over the construction site and realizing the fine construction and management of integrated management corridors,thus improving the corresponding level of security management.
