The uncoiler is a special equipment for all kinds of metal sheet leveling productionline, it can constitute the uncoiling, leveling production line according to the actual need ofproduction. This topic comes from Construction Machinery Co.Ltd in Ji’nan Rui Fu forHebei Lingyun Industrial Group Co.Ltd. Provide the uncoiling, leveling, punching, coldroll forming, cutting automation production line. The production line is mainly for theVolkswagen and BYD car production car bumper and U type beam. The uncoiler is a keyequipment in the production line,and this production line adopts the uncoiler according toproduction requirements and site conditions for us after the improved processing, In thedesign of safety coefficient is high not low principle, leading to its main components mainshaft and fan-shaped plate structure to heavy. In view of the safety coefficient selection istoo large in the problem design. In this paper, we through a large number of literature dataquery and we decide to use the Workbench13.0software to determine the uncoilerassembly of spindle and the fan-shaped plate for finite element analysis and optimization.The analysis of domestic and foreign of uncoiler mainly concentrated in variousworking conditions,it will be simplified equivalent to a separate analysis of the main shaftor a sector plate, but this method is comparatively large difference with the actual workingcondition. In order to make the uncoiler finite element analysis of main shaft and thefan-shaped plate conforms to the actual working condition, this paper carries on theuncoiling machine assembly finite element analysis, mainly introduced using Workbenchon main shaft and Segment flate assembly process analysis of statics,dynamic analysis andfollow-up should be optimized on main shaft.The main research contents and conclusionsare as follows:(1)The uncoiler3D solid modeling: Firstly,the key components of the uncoiler withthe software UG8.0for modeling and assembly, Then the assembly are examined to seewhether there is interference phenomenon. Interference check will optimize the productiondesign, material saving, interference check correctly is an important prerequisite for the subsequent finite element analysis;(2)The uncoiler assembly static analysis: Using Workbench in various conditionswithout the simplified equivalent conditions of static finite element analysis of uncoilingmachine assembly, it can convenient to get to the main shaft and segment the figure of totaldeformation and von-Mises stress map and it also improve the analysis efficiency andmore accord with the actual working condition;(3)Uncoiler assembly transient dynamics analysis: After the transient dynamic finiteelement analysis of uncoiling machine assembly.we obtained the stress, strain nephogramin the transient analysis of the main shaft and the fan-shaped plate. The results show that inthe transient analysis, the stress increased with the increase of speed increase andcomponents meet the design requirements;(4)Optimization analysis of the main shaft: We take the size optimization designtheory as the foundation, uses goal driven optimization method for lightweightoptimization on the spindle uncoiler,the optimization results show that, the quality of themain shaft are reduced (reduced by12.54%).The stress and strain are meet therequirements of the design, the optimization effect is obvious.After we carry on the static and dynamic analysis of the uncoiler assembly and thelightweight design for spindle,it has certain reference significance for the small andmedium-sized enterprises to improve the levels of design or design and manufacture ofuncoiler by themselves.
