With the continuous development of housing industrialization in our country,building wall accounted for more than half of the entire building.Wall structure form,material construction technology are the most important part of retaining engineering.The characteristics of the composite wall with its significant function gradually replace the traditional masonry structure,cast-in-place lightweight composite wall will have broad application prospects in high-rise residential structure within the construction industry in future.So,it's much important for researching cast-in-place lightweight.At present,most of research for cast-in-place lightweight composite wall are its material properties and structure form,and has no related research about construction technology and the connection between cast-in-place lightweight composite wall and building structure.The research for construction technology of cast-in-place lightweight composite wall is pretty significant for the development and promotion of the new green wall,and provide related technical support for researching of the similar walls in future.There is a light steel frame in the body of cast-in-place lightweight composite wall,which is composed of cold-formed lipped channel,and there are fiber cement board on the both sides of the light steel frame.Finally,pouring light-weight and high-strength foam concrete into the gap between the light steel frame and the fiber cement board via the pump.The chemical cohesive force strengthen the integrity of the composite wall.Unlike the construction technology of the traditional building wall,the construction of the cast-in-place lightweight composite wall is not simple fixing and dismantle template,pouring concrete and so on,and it has extreme complex process and construction key.This paper introduce the composition,performance,characteristics,material requirements of the lightweight composite wall,focusing on construction technology and related construction key,including the structure design and the connection between cast-in-place lightweight composite wall and building structure.According to the cast-in-place lightweight composite wall engineering in new office building,summarize and improve the complete construction technology of cast-in-place lightweight composite wall through the site construction.The connection between cast-in-place lightweight composite wall and building structure is the most important segment of the cast-in-place lightweight composite wall construction technology.The connection form include between composite exterior wall and frame column,between composite exterior wall and beam or plate,between composite interior wall and beam or plate.In addition to ensure the safety and stabilization of the connection,it's also important for damp-proof and insulation at the connection.Beside,the measures about crack control should be finished at the connection,such as brushing anti-cracking mortar and laying glass grid to improve the property of anti-cracking of the connection.This paper also come up with some key technology and innovations about construction of the cast-in-place lightweight composite wall,such as outsourcing method at the connection between composite exterior wall and frame column and the connection of consuming earthquake energy between the vertical keel column and building structure,the measure of anti-cracking and insulation at the connection.These key technologies and innovations in the study have been applied in practical engineering.According to the effect after construction,the connection has better property of insulation,seepage control and anti-cracking.The flatness on the surface of wall,the connection with building structure,heat preservation and fireproofing are better than the traditional wall.
