Study On The Quality Supervision Of Construction Project In The Central Dynamic Zone Of West Coast New Area Of Qingdao And Its Countermeasures

With the implementation of the " Belt and Road " strategy and the promotion of urbanization,especially in Qingdao,the investment and construction boom in the region has increased.The west coast new area of Qingdao is strongly supported by national policies due to its location advantage,which brings about the rapid development of the construction industry.However,from the overall perspective of the construction project,the quality problem is not optimistic,while the traditional supervision system and development situation are lagging behind.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen reform of the government regulatory system from the source,focus on the weak links of government supervision,and guarantee the quality of construction projects so as to realize the interests of all participants.In this paper,based on the government perspective,from the process of "construction supervision","building materials product certification","qualified construction enterprises and personnel","insurance" four aspects of foreign developed countries,summarizes the engineering quality supervision activities,and combed the domestic and foreign scholars on the Chinese government regulatory activities.On the basis of this,the paper focuses on the research on the quality supervision system of the west coast new area of Qingdao.Paper first expounds the core concepts and theoretical basis for construction project quality government supervision,analyzes the west coast of Qingdao government real regulatory status of the new city construction engineering quality,from four aspects to analyze the causes of quality supervision.Then,SWOT analysis is used to enumerate the advantages,disadvantages,threats and opportunities of the project quality supervision activities in the region,and make a strategic combination.Finally,according to the combination strategy,five government regulatory safeguards are proposed.In order to improve the regional engineering quality supervision system theoretically,and to guide the actual supervision activities.
