With the improvement of China's high-speed rail network and increasing demand for travel,the demand for high-speed EMUs also increases.The bogies are the core components of high-speed EMUs,and their production quality and production efficiency affect the quality and production efficiency of high-speed EMUs.As an important part in the production of bogies,assembly affects the production efficiency of bogies.Due to the large number of bogie components,complicated assembly process,high technical requirements for workers,and low degree of automation,bogie assembly lines require a lot of manpower and material costs from development to establishment.Therefor,in order to improve assembly quality and assembly efficiency of bogie assembly line,it is of great significance to study the balance,planning and simulation of bogie assembly line.In view of this,this article takes the bogie assembly line as the research object,and studies the assembly line balance under multi-constrained environment,assembly line process planning and assembly line process simulation.Firstly,the characteristics of the bogie assembly line are analyzed.According to the characteristics of the bogie assembly line,the corresponding assembly line balancing problem category is matched.The bogie assembly line balancing problem is solved as a two-sided assembly line balancing problem of type-2 with multiple constraints.Secondly,the work unit time of the bogie assembly line was studied and the constraints of bogie assembly line such as orientation constraint,position constraint,and active area constraints were defined.Thirdly,the heuristic method based on grouping and the integer programming method are respectively used to solve the bogie assembly line balancing problem.By comparing the results obtained by the two methods,select the better one.Fourthly,according to the results of bogie assembly line balancing,the process modeling of the bogie assembly line is performed,the detailed assembly steps for each station are determined,and the corresponding resources are configured to complete the assembly line assembly line assembly process modeling,which provides a support environment for the subsequent assembly line process simulation.Finally,the process simulation and analysis of the bogie assembly line are carried out.Through the analysis of the reachability analysis,visibility analysis,work posture analysis and low back analysis of the simulation process,the parts assembly method of the bogie assembly line,the working posture of the worker and the operation flow were improved.According to the simulation time obtained after the improvement,the bogie assembly line is again balanced,and the assembly line process simulation is performed again to determine the final assembly line solution.
