Research On The Influence Factors Of Regional Management Of Railway Transportation Enterprises

In China,many local railways adopt regional management mode as the operation management mode of enterprises.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of transportation,ensure the safety of transportation and serve the demand of market is a subject of important practical significance.The article identifies key links that restrict the improvement of enterprise management ability by studying the management factors that affect the regional management ability of railway transportation enterprises.And it is of great theoretical significance and application value for enterprises to improve their control level pertinently.The article takes the influence factors of regional management mode of railway transportation companies as the research object,and mainly completes the following tasks:First,summarize and analyze the characteristics of market management,facility equipment management,staff management,transportation production management,cooperation management between the two modes of professional management and regional management.And lay the foundation for later model construction.Second,constructing the railway transportation enterprises regional management mode base on structural equation modeling by considering its development demand in transportation business.And verify the identifiability of the model.Third,collecte the data needed to estimate the model parameters by questionnaire survey,and the validity of the data is verified by SPSS.Using AMOS to estimate the parameters of the model and test the fitting degree,make a correction to the hypothesis of the model according to the results of the test.The test results show that the revised model has a strong explanatory power to the reality,and explaining the results of the correlation degree of the factorsFourth,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the maturity of management factor indexes,get the maturity of Baoshen Railway Group's management work.Finally,classifying management factor indexes according to the correlation degree and maturity of indexes,get the key links which restrict their management ability and give some advice according to the results.
