With the network trend of rail transit,higher requirements for operation and management are put forward due to the increasingly close relationship between the rail lines and the centralization of line monitoring,control and information sharing.The urban rail transit control center is a central hub for coordinating the safe,efficient,economical and orderly operation of all lines.It is of great significance to have a reasonable layout design for the urban rail transit control.Therefore,based on human factor,this research discusses a design method of control center layout,which accords with the operation demand of rail transit control.It is on the basis of human engineering principles and related ergonomic standards,and aims at the construction project of Shanghai rail transit control center layout design.The main work is as follows:(1)According to the requirements of operation task and the related specifications and standards of human engineering,we designed an overall size of the control center dispatching platform and an overall layout of the control center,established a layout evaluation method based on discrete simulation.(2)The interaction between the overall layout of the control center and specific design contents of the multi-screen mosaic curtain wall,such as selection of screen type,number of screens,visual distance and position setting,were analyzed and discussed.This paper put forward a design method for the visibility of multi-screen mosaic walls which was suitable for control centers,this method can better match human visual functions,effectively improve the reachability of information transmission for multi-screen mosaic walls,and ensure the good visibility of shared information for scheduling team.(3)Furthermore,this paper discussed the optimal layout of 79 different professional positions in the control center based on the overall layout of the control center,introduced the SLP facility layout method into the optimized layout of post personnel,and established an optimized mathematics model based on the relevant degree of various positions and different subway lines.At the same time,a genetic algorithm has been improved aiming at the problem of low efficiency and low quality of traditional one,and better results have been obtained.
