With the continuous development of electronic communication and energy materials,the flapping wing machine has been developed in the past few decades.Flapping wing machines are widely used in the fields of irrigation,aerial photography,disaster relief and military investigation.With the development of flapping wing machine,the performance requirements of flapping wing machine are also increasing.Research on flapping wing has also increased at home and abroad.In this paper,the flapping wing machine is discussed in two aspects:the making of flapping wing machine and the static force test system.First of all,from the history of flapping wing aircraft,people observe bird flight,and then make original aircraft.Then it is clear that imitation of wings is not a way to achieve flight,but also a mechanical transmission device.At this point,a more complete model of the flapping wing machine is generated.In the late 90s of the last century,the flapping wing aircraft entered the golden stage of development.Subsequently,the United States,Germany,Holland,Japan,Canada and other countries all invested in this field.Although China started late,but in recent years the study of momentum very Sheng,showed a strong potential to catch up.In theory,all countries accumulated a lot of experience,through the high-speed camera clear film,through the theoretical analysis of the mechanism of the flight of birds and insects,with low Reynolds number conditions,summed up the flight of birds and insects to achieve the required thrust and lift.This paper is on the basis of previous experience,design the transmission device,and the tail wing and assembled with carbon towing mast independently designed flapping wing model.In this paper,through the laboratory equipment,the static force test system,which is different from other test thrust,is designed independently.The relationship between the thrust and the frequency of a single degree of freedom flapping wing machine and the ratio of the thrust to the gravitational force with the frequency are studied.Through the design of control chip of the system,using the corresponding development environment,design the corresponding calibration procedures and applications,correctness,calibration of the output frequency subsequently,flapping frequency test shows that the flapping wing design,application of the force measuring system,the level of calibration test,the static thrust of flapping wing and considering he thrust test bench under the condition of resistance.And all the experimental data was analyzed by MATLAB,and the relationship between related characteristics of flapping wing and flapping wing aircraft thrust-weight ratio of flapping frequency and flutter frequency was obtained.According to the theoretical study,the correlation between the frequency and weight of the birds and insects is more than 1,and the frequency and weight of the flapping are certain,while the single degree of freedom flapping wing machine is similar to the flapping wing mode of the insect.Get in the single degree of freedom flapping machine,nonlinear thrust increases with flapping frequency,with the increase of the frequency of nonlinear flutter thrust-weight ratio,but only wireless tends to 1 and not more than 1,therefore,cannot achieve hovering conclusion.This provides a reference for further flight control and testing of a double wing flapping wing machine.It provides reference for longitudinal comparison of different specifications of flapping wing aircraft and lateral comparison of different degrees of freedom.The innovation of testing system provides a new research method for subsequent research.
