After tens of thousands of years of natural selection and biological evolution,Most flying creatures in nature fly with flapping wings.This flapping wing flight differs in some respects from the more developed fixed and rotor wings.In terms of flight mechanism,flapping wing flight generates the lift force and forward thrust required for flight from flapping wing,which makes it have the advantages of good aerodynamic force,high flight efficiency and flexibility.In terms of aerodynamics,the flow field near the wing of flapping wing flight mechanism changes rapidly with the movement of the wing.Because of its unique advantages,flapping wing machine has a great development prospect in many aspects,so the research on flapping wing flight mechanism is forward-looking and pioneering.The research content of this paper is to design a decoupled flapping wing drive mechanism that can meet the flight requirements of flapping wing aircraft,and this mechanism can realize the switching between different modes when flapping wing mechanism flies,and develop a principle prototype to further verify the feasibility of this mechanism.The main contents include:By studying the flight mechanism of birds,this paper systematically studiesand summarizes the mechanism of high lift of flapping wings in terms of theirwing structure and flapping characteristics,and introduces several commonflapping mechanisms.Based on birds flapping wing flight mechanism,this paper puts forward a decoupling the flapping wing flight driving mechanism,the institution of the wing and the outer wing respectively by the different linkage control,realized the wing and the outer wing,decoupling,solves the common flapping-wing mechanism and wing movement under the control of the problem of wing,the flapping wing flight institution of higher flexibility,scalability is stronger.A locking mechanism and a variable length mechanism were also added to the mechanism to allow it to switch between different flight modes.The feasibility of the mechanism design scheme is preliminarily verified by the 3d Solidworks model.According to the actual situation,electric motor,steering gear and other components were selected,principle prototype was made,and flight experiment was carried out.Several successful flight experiments have verified that the designed decoupling flapping wing mechanism can provide sufficient lift and thrust for flapping wing mechanism to meet the requirements of flight,and it is feasible.
