| The outdoor environment of the campus is the place which carries the functions of education,communication,leisure,transportation and art appreciation,and it is also a window to reflect the aesthetic sentiment and spiritual features of the school.The quality of the campus outdoor environment directly affects the atmosphere of study life,teaching order and entertainment of the campus.With the increasing demand of outdoor activities for users,the importance of outdoor environment in campus construction is becoming more prominent.However,Harbin's universities are restricted by many factors,and the campus' s outdoor environment is not ideal,coupled with the lack of corresponding theoretical research,and the lack of scientific guidance for the construction of campus environment,which makes the campus outdoor environmental issues more and more prominent.The purpose of the evaluation is not to rank,appraise,but to identify the key issues facing the construction and development of universities,and then provide a scientific reference basis for the sustainable construction of the campus.This article takes the university of Harbin as the research object,and chooses Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin Engineering University,Harbin Medical University,Harbin University of Science and Technology,Harbin Normal University,Harbin University Of Commerce,Harbin sport university,Northeast Forestry University,Northeast Agricultural University,Heilongjiang University,Heilongjiang International University 11 all representative universities as case sites,obtained a lot of first-hand information through Likert scale survey questionnaire,the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively evaluate the campus outdoor environment.Summarize the existing problems in the construction and governance of campus outdoor environment in Harbin City,and discuss the key factors affecting the quality of campus outdoor environment in order to guide the healthy and orderly development of campus outdoor environment.The main body of this study consists of the following four parts:(1)referring to the current relevant regulations,taking into account the experience of others,and combining the specific characteristics of campus outdoor environment in Harbin,a university with four indicators and 29 factors including ornamental,functional,ecological,and humanistic features was constructed.Outdoor environmental assessment index system.(2)SPSS22.0 software was used to statistically organize and explore the survey data,and on this basis,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the campus outdoor environment in Harbin.The results showed that there were differences in the evaluation of various indicators between different genders and occupational groups;The fuzzy comprehensive score of campus outdoor environment in Harbin was 3.378,which was at the level of "general" level III.(3)further evaluation and analysis are made on various indicator factors to reveal the key factors affecting the quality of campus outdoor environment in Harbin,and provide clues for the study of focal issues.The analysis shows that the attention degree of function is the highest and the attention degree of ornamental is the lowest;The highest degree of humanistic satisfaction is achieved,while the lowest is ecological satisfaction;There are many factors of "high concern and low satisfaction",such as richness of plant color phase,suitability of road scale,aesthetic appearance of building facades,and accessibility of sites,etc.And there are few "high concern and high satisfaction" factors,this may be the reason that the results of campus outdoor environmental assessment are not high.(4)Northeast Agricultural University was selected for optimal design.According to the evaluation results,proceed from the problem and further analyze the key factors affecting the outdoor environment quality of the campus,find the essence of the problem,then propose a solution strategy,and respond to the design strategy in the design practice. |
