At present,China’s urbanization is entering a period of rapid development,and municipal engineering,as a project of people’s livelihood in China,is related to the economic development of our country and the quality of people’s living standards.As the scale of the project is expanding,the funds,resources and technologies that need to be invested are also increasing.As an important part of project engineering,risk management directly affects the quality of engineering projects and even determines the success or failure of an engineering project.In this paper,based on risk management theory,using the commonly used method for municipal engineering risk identification-phil method for risk analysis,according to the characteristics of the municipal engineering is found,the system to identify the various risks in the course of engineering implementation,so as to establish a risk assessment index system,USES the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was carried out on the possible risk identification and evaluation,setting up the weight coefficient of each risk evaluation,to a systematic research on the municipal engineering risk assessment.According to the evaluation,the corresponding risk management counterrmeasures are put forward according to the risk of different nature.This article through to Nanning LiuSha road reconstruction project of sponge case analysis,through the fields method to identify the various risks in the process of project implementation,focus on the introduction of the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)in the practical application in the process of project implementation,proposed the corresponding risk coping strategies,so that the risk management in the project construction process of fully embodied.The thesis is divided into parts,and the first part briefly describes the research background,purpose and significance of the thesis.The second part analyzes and introduces the general situation of the sponge transformation project and the structure of the project management in LiuSha road,Nanning city.The third part is the risk identification of the construction stage of the sponge transformation project in LiuSha road,Nanning city.The fourth part is the evaluation of the project risk of the sponge transformation project in LiuSha road,Nanning city.The fifth part is the risk coping strategy of the sponge transformation project in LiuSha road,Nanning city.The sixth part is the conclusion.
