Large scale urbanization construction is bound to be accompanied by the construction of many municipal road projects.Since the reform and opening up,China has started large-scale urbanization construction.During this period,the construction level of municipal road projects has been greatly developed.The length of municipal road projects in China increased by about 50% from 26966 km in 1978 to 39830 km in2017.The road area increased nearly 35 times from 225.39 million square meters in1978 to 78.88 million square meters in 2017.It can be seen that the length and width of the municipal road project are getting longer and wider,and the construction scale is getting larger and larger.The resulting construction risks of the municipal road project should be paid attention to,For example,some municipal road projects have construction quality problems and construction period delays.However,there are also deficiencies in the experience of risk management in engineering project construction.On the one hand,there are many risks in the process of engineering project construction,such as inaccurate geological survey data,the construction unit compressing the reasonable construction period,the low level of construction site management,repeated construction problems,the increase of engineering price in construction,etc.the government department lacks corresponding countermeasures,which requires the government department to improve the level of risk management;On the other hand,the research on project risk management based on the government perspective has been relatively few.A very important reason is that the researchers are not in the government construction department and can not study and discuss the problems from the first perspective of the government construction department,which also leads to the backwardness of the risk management level of the government department.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry on the risk research to the municipal road engineering project.This paper will deeply study the risk management of Weifang Municipal engineering projects from the perspective of government construction departments(Government construction department refers to the Department with the function of municipal road construction among government departments,hereinafter referred to as the construction unit),evaluate the factors affecting the construction of engineering projects,and put forward corresponding solution,in order to further improve the comprehensive management level of the government.1.The risks in the process of municipal road engineering project construction are diverse,and there are many risk evaluation models.This paper systematically expounds the characteristics of Weifang Municipal road engineering project construction,and establishes the risk evaluation model of Weifang Municipal road engineering project combined with the risk evaluation model;2.This paper focuses on the application method of AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in Weifang Municipal road engineering project risk management;3.Taking the analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi method is used to calculate the weight of the risk factors of the municipal road engineering project;The risk of municipal engineering project is analyzed by fuzzy analysis method.With the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,the whole parties involved in the project have an intuitive understanding of the possible risks and risks in the process of engineering construction,so as to strengthen the follow-up management of the project;4.Taking Youai road project as an example,in this paper,the risk of the project is evaluated with AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,expounds the whole evaluation process in detail,and puts forward specific countermeasures according to the evaluation results,providing a theoretical basis for the implementation of subsequent engineering projects.
