Study On The Strategy Of Creating Spatial Vitality Of Water Landscape In Jinxi Ancient Town

Jiangnan has a long history,every traditional settlement both have regional characteristics and unique location,deserve our protection and inheritance.Jinxi ancient town which belongs to the Kunshan is no exception,it has a lot of lakes,rivers and roads intersecting,which is a typical Suzhou style of water.However,the rapid development of urbanization process and the hot ancient town tourism industry have brought many problems to most ancient towns,including Jinxi,resulting the ancient towns lack the daily vitality,the water landscape space is declining,and the ancient towns in the urgent needs of new growth.The water landscape space is the key field to experience the regional culture and characteristics of the Jiangnan ancient town,it is an important factor to promote the vitality of the town.Many ancient town from a single function for the village settlements led to a new type of new ancient town with multiple functions and compound juxtaposition in the future,the changes behavior subject and behavior pattern will have a direct connection with the vitality of the ancient town.And how to rejuvenate the daily vitality of local residents while meeting the needs of foreign tourists,it is necessary to explore a dynamic development balance mode between the main body and the space through the vitality of the water landscape in ancient town.This paper selects the water landscape space in Jinxi ancient town as the research object based on the perspective of vitality construction,and explores the theory of vitality construction with the research background of "human,behavior and environment",and starts with the principle of "vitality characterization——people,behavior" and "vitality factor—— space" and puts forward the principles of vitality construction.Through field investigation,behavior annotation and chart analysis emphatically studied the behavior subjects,behavior patterns and behavior characteristics of the established environment,and analyzed the spatial vitality of the Jinxi water system from the spatial coordination,diversity,accessibility and publicity in the material space environment.On this basis,the optimization strategy is put forward,which is mainly from the three angles of "human,space and behavior",and then implemented on the specific level of space operation.Through the selection of the typical space of insufficient vitality,the ancient town will become more comfortable and livable material space,thus promoting the traditional ancient town water landscape.The public and modern significance of the view of space,and to obtain a sustainable revitalization and construction strategy,provide some new ideas for the protection and renewal of other Jiangnan ancient towns.
