Qualitative Research On The Water Front Landscape Design Of Jinggang Ancient Town In Changsha

With the development of the tourism industry and the trend of the revival of the ancient town, the scenic landscape within ancient town have attracted more and more peoples’attention. It reflects people’s spiritual realm to improve from a certain extent.The ancient owns which dominated by the waterfront have higher environmental assessment.Waterfront is a sign to the outside of the town, and it plays an important role in the protection and development of ancient town. Now, the protection and development of the waterfront landscape within ancient town is not enough because of the pursuit of tourism economic benefits, many ancient town developed waterfront blindly, causing water bank natural ecological landscape gradually disappear and the destruction of the ecological environment and a series of problems. Therefore, for the development of Ancient Town waterfront should cause enough attention, and also it is a difficult task that needs the landscape designers’ great concern.In this paper, through consulting the relevant literature of waterfront landscape design, based on Landscape Ecology, Landscape aesthetics, Environmental psychology, rural tourism and other relevant theories, quality reconstruction of Ancient Town waterfront landscape environment were discussed. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Select a number of ancient town closely related with the study around Jiangzhe, Guangxi, Guangdong and the Hunan region, Including Zhouzhuang, Daxu, Xizozhoucun, Qiaokou and so on, investigation of the current situation of waterfront landscape. According to the results of the survey, this paper analysis the main existing problems and summarizes the elements characteristics of the waterfront landscape.(2) Analysed and summarized various theories application in the waterfront landscape design. At the same time, on the basis of literature review, summary of the guiding ideology and principle of waterfront landscape construction, a detailed discussion on countermeasures for town water landscape construction from overall and the partial two aspects, in order to provide reference basis for the Ancient Town waterfront landscape transformation.(3) The study of the Ancient Town waterfront landscape construction theory system is applied to the Jinggang town. In view of the current situation of the Jinggang Ancient Town waterfront landscape development, summarizes the design principle of Jinggang waterfront landscape, put forward "the whole scheme of five seven axis San huan nine node", at the same time the waterfront landscape conduct the partial reconstruction design, in order to provide practical guidance for Jinggang waterfront landscape improvement.The harmonious ecology Ancient Town waterfront landscape is able to provide visitors a relaxed elegant tourism environment, and in accordance with the original ecological environment in the pursuit of people recover one’s original simplicity psychology. Meanwhile, the construction of ecological waterfront is important for building a better living environment and harmonious society.
