This study focused on the evaluation standard of greenbuilding, green building assessment system to analyze.Taking a residential area of Tianjincity as an example, separately from the optimal land utilization and the outdoorenvironment, energy saving and energy utilization, and th e use of water resources,indoor environmental quality and operational management use, material saving andmaterial resources on the selected object of study is the green building rating assessmentmodel, gives the simulating calculation results and analysis and quantitative study.At thesame time, in accordance with green building standards for construction of the residentialarea in the whole life cycle of the building were conducted in the analysis and research ofthe incremental cost.The results of this study show that, the green building single previous technologyintegration, set up from the angle of building life cycle starting, organic syntheticevaluation system of construction activities between human and the consumption ofresources, the environment, carry out the project of green residential district evaluation,which are incorporated into the social economic system.
