Historical building is the crystallization of historical civilization,the carrier of culture,and an indispensable factor in the historical heritage of mankind.It records the development process of the city,bears the history of a certain period of the city,and understanding local historical buildings is of great help to the development of cities.Since the discovery of oil fields in Daqing in 1959,after nearly 60 years of development,the life style of people has changed from the period of the oil war to the stable oil production period.However,the part of historical buildings in Daqing have not been able to adapt to the transformation of the period,the functions of the initial period of the war are still retained.There are problems such as inappropriate function,difficult place to identify and unsympathetic feelings.The spirit of the Daqing oil war has eternal value and eternal vitality today and in the future.This is the cultural value of a city.The scattered discarded or in service oil industry facilities in the Daqing city have become the carrier of spatial emotion expression.The reappearance of some "memory fragments" can bring people to association,help to shape the spirit of the place,and stimulate people to think about the city's imprint.This paper adopts the research method of "finding problems-analyzing problems-solving problems",which implies "theoretical support" and "strategy analysis".The research object of this paper is Daqing historical architecture.The method of research is to combine theory with practice.The object of this study is the historical architecture of Daqing.The method of research is to combine theory with practice.The ultimate aim of the study is to analyze Daqing's historical architecture through the theory of place spirit,to find the essential elements in the successful case with the spirit of the place,to remould the historical construction of the spirit of the missing place,and to reclaim the spirit of the place.This paper first introduces the background,current situation and content of the research.Secondly,through field research,I have a certain understanding of the status quo of Daqing's historical buildings,and puts forward the problem of lack of emotion in Daqing historic buildings.Through the analysis of the theory of place spirit,recognizes the necessity of "sense of direction" and "sense of identity" in the creation of place spirit.Analyzes the structure and characteristics of Daqing's historical architecture with the theory of place spirit,and the specific analysis of the perceptual experience of the material level and the consciousness level in the historical architecture of Daqing.Summarizes the above strategies for shaping the spirit of place in historic buildings in Daqing.Finally,the historical architecture of Daqing is reformed in the form of an example,and the spirit of the historical buildings in Daqing isexcavated to make it a place for spiritual exchange and emotional experience,thus forming regional characteristics and expanding the function of the city.
