Electric power system has a positive effect on production and life,can be understood as the power of energy is to maintain social stability and development of the foundation.In order to ensure the effectiveness of power communication,need to choose an effective means of communication.Efficient and reliable means of communication,is to promote the basis of wide-area network communications business,but also to protect the power system communication security is fundamental,or to promote the level of power system services and quality of service key.Power system Wide area network is mainly used in the communication between the substation to achieve the relevant information exchange,so as to promote the connection between the substations more closely.In order to complete the research and analysis of the reliability of wide-area protection communication system of power system,it is necessary to analyze the communication technology in combination with the actual situation.The power system wide area protection communication system is mainly to complete the protection of the power communication system,or wide-area synchronous measurement technology and communication development basis.Therefore,the reliability and reliability of wide-area protection communication in power system are studied.The first to study the wide-area protection of communications network architecture and communication technology,to build a wide-area protection of communication network model.And then choose the two methods of survivability and survivability,to complete the reliability of substation network architecture research,and put forward the appropriate optimization.Finally,the main factors influencing the reliability of wide area communication system of power system are studied.
