Research On Construction Cost Risk Prediction Of F Municipal Company Based On Weighted Markov Chain

The level of management engineering of municipal construction enterprises is not only reflected in the arrangement of site construction site,quality control and safety control,but also embodied in the cost control,in addition to the profit level of an enterprise.A project to save the cost of earnings is not enough.A good management level reflects not only internal cost saving but also risk management.We should instilling the idea of management and risk control into everyone in the enterprise.People who are in the field of construction at the site of the site,or people who are sitting in the office every day,know the importance of risk management,and everyone is a participant in risk management.Let everyone in the project know the change of cost clearly.The construction project with frequent risk points will be noticed by the staff.Only a full participation risk control can minimize or eliminate the risk uncertainty that may affect the cost.This can create more profits for a construction enterprise,so the municipal construction project cost risk in forecasting research has become increasingly important.Through the research on the cost risk prediction of the construction project of F municipal engineering company,this paper identifies the common cost risk and establishes the cost risk prediction model in the construction project of the company,which can guide the company’s cost risk prediction and cost risk response.From passive processing risk to active risk prevention,it ultimately achieves the role of minimizing costs and avoiding risks for the company.Taking the cost risk of F municipal construction project as the research content,this paper uses the weighted Markov chain theory to predict the cost risk of the construction project of F municipal corporation,and provides the basis and suggestion for the management of the F company.The first part of the article is the prolegomenon,mainly including the background,the purpose and significance of the research;the second part is mainly written as the theoretical basis of the risk management theory and the weighted Markov chain forecasting model basic concepts;the third part is based on the actual situation of F company,the establishment of the company’s cost risk prediction index system;The fourth part establishes a cost risk prediction model of F municipal construction project based on Weighted Markov chain.The cost risk prediction model of construction projects;the fifth part,based on the weighted Markov chain model established by the fourth part of F company,is used to predict the cost risk,and the feasibility of the model is tested.The last part of the article is the conclusion,shortage and prospect.
